Research & Strategy -
Experiential training being a company's one of the core offerings, FocusU required to standout from the regular corporate training programs, keeping the formal values intact. Therefore, we went for bold purple and orange as in their brand identity throughout the training decks to grab more attention and enhance user engagement.
Design -
The main challenge was to minimize the content weight by converting text into engaging infographics and illustrations. We wanted to position the FocusU brand such that, training material will distinguished and attract viewer's attention. We standardized the whole training package in a way that content creators can easily put/create new modules by themselves using these design templates.

FocusU is one of the leading organization in the field of learning and engagement, and aims to transform corporate trainings in India. The company approach us to redefine their training product design inorder to enhance the engagement ratio.
